Throughout the past four years as a Birthing Doula it has been Tamara’s priority to ensure the birthing woman and her birth partners are fully aware and supported in their decisions, leaving the birthing space completely comfortable and at peace ensuring an optimal start to the fourth trimester. Tamara is a mother of four herself and believes every woman is entitled to a fully supported birthing experience of her choosing, encompassing her bodily autonomy and mental health, whether this be for her biological children or a surrogacy birth.
