Stephen Page is a dad through surrogacy. Since 1988 he has advised in over 1700 surrogacy journeys for clients throughout Australia and at last count 31 countries overseas. Stephen was admitted in 1987 and has been an accredited family law specialist since 1996. He has written and spoken extensively about surrogacy ART around the world, most recently for the International Family Law Journal about Australian surrogacy laws, and for the South African family law conference about sperm donation. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, and a member of its Parentage and LGBT Committees, a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and is an international representative on the ART Committee of the American Bar Association. He lectures on the Law and Ethics in Reproductive Medicine at the University of New South Wales.
