After 12 years of infertility, recurrent miscarriage, drugs and fertility treatment, surrogacy was the only option for Stacy and her husband to have the family they so longed for. Ukraine was good option  as, Ukranian law provides for legal parentage for foreigners.  For Stacy and her husband, there was reassurance they could create children and take them home along with an assurance of parental responsibility. Equally attractive, Ukraine was only a short flight away. They now have boy, girl fraternal twins.
