Martin O’Carroll is a Partner in the firm’s litigation department. He graduated from University College Galway with an Honours BA in Economics and Politics, before attending Dublin Institute of Technology where he was awarded a Higher Diploma in Legal Studies. Thereafter Martin studied at the Law Society and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2003. He has been with the firm ever since.
Martin advises on all areas of litigation . He has extensive experience in representing clients in personal injuries actions before the Injuries Board, Circuit Court and High Court.
Martin also focuses on fertility law, mental health law, property disputes and commercial litigation.
Martin is a member if the Legal Aid panel and the Mental Health Commission Legal Panel. He is a regular legal contributor to the Sue Nunn Show on KCLR Radio
