Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia, Kirsten has practised in the area of Family Law since 2007. Kirsten took a keen interest in Surrogacy Law in 2014, co-presenting to local fertility clinics and family lawyers in relation to local and international surrogacy. She has prepared WA altruistic Surrogacy Agreements for intended parents and independent legal advice to both intended parents and surrogates
