Kerry was in her late forties and single when she engaged in altruistic surrogacy in Greece, taking advantage of laws allowing single or partnered women under 50 to use surrogacy in 2017. She shipped precious embryos from Australia and engaged with EmbryoClinic in Thessaloniki to manage the surrogacy and IVF process. In late 2019 she became a mum to Lachlan. If someone had of told her 10 years earlier that she would have a child via IVF and a surrogate in another country she would not have believed them! It has been a tough journey but she can now look back with much gratitude and amazement. There were certainly times of pain and heartache but it has all been worth it. Kerry will discuss her experience of the Greek process
