Faycal and his husband Jappe Wouters are Dutch citizens with permanent residency in Australia. They live in Sydney and have been together for almost 20 years. They kicked off their surrogacy journey in Canada following FTS 2017 conference in Melbourne. They are expecting a baby in April 2019 in Toronto, Canada. They went through four donor agreements, and a failed donor cycle prior to their surrogate falling pregnant on the first transfer. Their journey has been a bumpy ride full of experiences and learnings, but they are overjoyed with the upcoming arrival.
