Erin is the Principal Solicitor of Steiner Legal and a family and surrogacy lawyer from Sydney. Erin has extensive experience in the areas of surrogacy, including acting on behalf of both Intended Parents, Surrogates and Egg Donors in relation to domestic altruistic surrogacy. Erin has also advised clients on international surrogacy and adoption within the Australian legal framework. Erin and her team are passionate about assisting those that cannot start a family through natural conception, and they recognise the importance of having a knowledgeable, supportive and proficient legal team who care and are committed to their clients and their families. Erin and her team have made several successful Applications for Parentage Orders to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and are now assisting some clients have their second and third children through surrogacy.
