Kirsty is a legal academic with University of Kent Law School. Her research interests lie primarily in the area of the regulation of human reproduction and genetic technologies, particularly where these overlap with issues in Family Law; and the law of obligations, in particular those obligations based on ‘relationship’ and/or imbalances of power. Kirsty played an integral role in The Surrogacy UK Working Group on Surrogacy Law Reform and the resulting report.
